Description

Strengthen your communication strategies for critical utility issues. This discussion will focus on legal and management aspects of internal and external communication programs, including:

  • Communicating about PFAS and natural disaster recovery
  • Rate setting and customer engagement
  • Working with boards and political leaders on infrastructure
  • Messaging around financing and litigation issues
