Description

What is your management style? Do you have one? This course will introduce you to the different management styles. Discover how utility supervisors and managers develop their management skill set and workforce to improve productivity while reducing public risk. The course focuses on professional needs, meeting employees’ needs, motivation, and leadership roles.

Module 1: Management Functions.

Module 2: Management Styles.
