Description

This is the first course in the Small Systems Resiliency Certificate Program. The course establishes the importance of resilience and America’s Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 (AWIA) requirements for a Risk and Resilience Assessment as well as an Emergency Response Plan. This course is meant for Small Systems interested in resiliency and AWIA compliance.

By introducing the 5-course Small Systems Resiliency Certificate Program, the course presents a pathway to resiliency that is streamlined for water systems serving less than 50,000 people to meet AWIA requirements.
