Description
This course will outline the financing of utilities. The modules cover how user fees should be developed, how capital may be funded, what impacts are and how they may be used, and they outline borrowing options and summarize financial statements. Those completing the class will be able to help direct efforts for rates, fees, and charges and be conversant in the basics of borrowing.
This course includes the following modules:
Module 1: Funding I.
Module 2: Funding II.
Module 3: Financing.
Module 4: Financial Reports.
This course is non-refundable.
