Description

With increasing threats such as climate change, population growth, and aging infrastructure, it is critical that utilities begin planning for water shortages. This eLearning course covers the steps towards creating a Drought Preparedness and Response plan. Planning before a water shortage allows you to know your options so you can best respond with the response most appropriate to your circumstances.

By following the step-by-step process presented in this course, you will be able to anticipate and respond to water shortages through a structured planning process. The course includes explanations and examples of common methods while also introducing new tools and methods to assist in developing an effective water shortage plan.
