Also covered in this book are some of the challenges and difficulties associated with identifying critical standard operating procedures, determining selected employees to participate in the process, as well as the importance of the timely delivery of these important processes. Kenneth C. Morgan, PE, has over 35 years' experience with wastewater collection and water distribution systems. He has designed and managed the construction, operation, and maintenance of vital system components with a number of agencies across the country. He has developed and implemented training for operators for certification examinations as well as critical operation and maintenance programs. He currently lives in Keller, Texas and advises utilities on ways to enhance the services they provide to their customers.
