Description

Visualizing comprehensive data through dashboards provides utilities with the capability of real-time performance monitoring and analyzing complex data in easy-to-understand graphs. In this webinar, attendees will learn of the benefits of participating in the AWWA Utility Benchmarking Survey and how utilities use the Survey data in their dashboards as a part of their continuous performance improvement program.

Three utilities will present their data dashboards and share their experiences and how they addressed challenges. The presenters will discuss their involvement in the Benchmarking Survey and how they use the Survey data to graph their performance, set targets, or develop scorecards.

The presenters will cover the following topics:

  • Improving data accessibility to non-technical users across the utility—saving time and reducing the need for manual report creation and data compilation.
  • Filtering data to evaluate relationships or to focus on metrics most relevant to user roles or objectives.
  • Monitoring progress towards utility goals and identification of trends, which helps to spot outliers or unexpected patterns in data.
  • Processes and resources needed to sustain dashboard management and data accuracy.
  • Achieving goals through improved collaboration and informed discussions.

Webinar registration priced per person. Each registrant will be granted live and on-demand access for one person, on a single computer. Link sharing is strictly prohibited.
