The course covers fundamental aspects of supervision, including the responsibilities of a supervisor and the various supervisory functions.
This is the second course in two of AWWA's Certificate Programs, including:
Management & Supervision Certificate Program (EL153) and
Utility Management Certificate Program (EL175).

Description
The course explores basic supervision, examining what it entails and its importance. It delves into the multifaceted roles of a supervisor, highlighting the complexities and responsibilities involved. The decision to become a supervisor is also discussed. Additionally, the course reviews key supervisory functions, including planning, organizing, and decision-making.
This course includes the following modules:
Module 1: Management and Supervision I.
Module 2: Management and Supervision II.
Module 3: Management and Supervision III.
