This standard can be referenced in purchase documents for shop-applied cement--mortar linings for ductile-iron pipe and fittings for potable water, raw water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems. The stipulations of this standard apply when this document has been referenced and only to shop-applied cement--mortar linings for ductile-iron pipe and ductile-iron and gray-iron fittings for potable water, raw water, reclaimed water systems, and nonaggressive wastewaters.
